Happy (slightly belated) Easter everybody! 
Lots of birthday celebrations and a small class reunion happened, so it didn't quite get finished on the weekend....I am very happy with it though, even if, as you can see, it's a rather different style/technique than what I've gotten used to doing these past 2 years. C:
Painting just takes a damned long time. (At least for a perfectionistic sloth like medamn u Keprion and ur speediness!!! ;A; ) It's wonderful and it's fun, but if I spend 20h+ on every doodle that I'd like to see colored, I get so little done and so many ideas never get brought out on canvas. That's why this is the experimental phase of a simpler, more lose style, which incorporates both elements of painting and of lineart/cell-shaded artwork. It's an attempt to increase my creative output and give me more of an opportunity to be spontaneous (and maybe even focus on practicing backgrounds)...however don't worry, it doesn't change that painting is my main focus! (So many WIPs lying around @___@ ) <:
